تمهيد

توضّح هذه السياسة ما يتعلق بخصوصيتك عند زيارة متجر Blinkbit وتصفّح منتجاته.

الخلاصة: لا يوفّر المتجر تسجيل دخول ولا حسابات، ولا يطلب من زوّاره أي بيانات شخصية. أما الدفع وتسجيل الدخول لتنزيل الملفات وما يرتبط بهما من بيانات فتتولاها منصة بولار.

تُكمّل هذه السياسة الباب الرابع من «حقوق المستخدم»، وتُفسَّر معه ومع السياسات الأخرى للمتجر.

المادة 1: التعريفات

• 1-1 «المتجر»: متجر Blinkbit الإلكتروني ومالكه.
• 1-2 «الزائر»: كل من يتصفح الموقع، سواء اشترى منه أم لم يشترِ.
• 1-3 «بولار» أو «منصة الدفع»: منصة Polar التي تتولى عمليات الدفع والفوترة وتسليم الملفات للعميل.
• 1-4 «البيانات الشخصية»: أي معلومة تحدد هوية شخص بعينه أو تؤدي إلى تحديدها.

المادة 2: ما لا يجمعه المتجر من زوّاره

• 2-1 لا يوفّر الموقع تسجيل دخول ولا إنشاء حسابات للزوّار.
• 2-2 لا يحتوي الموقع على نماذج لإدخال الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف أو أي بيانات شخصية أخرى، ولا يطلب المتجر منك أياً منها لتصفّح الموقع.
• 2-3 لا يضع الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) بنفسه، ولا يضيف المتجر إلى صفحاته أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو وسوماً إعلانية، ولا يبني ملفاً تعريفياً عن الزوّار.

المادة 3: دور بولار (منصة الدفع)

• 3-1 تتم عمليات الشراء والدفع خارج الموقع، في صفحات بولار. وعند الضغط على زر الشراء يُنقل الزائر إلى صفحة الدفع التابعة لبولار.
• 3-2 تطلب بولار، لا المتجر، ما يلزم لإتمام الشراء كالاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وبيانات الدفع والفوترة، وتتولى تسجيل الدخول إلى بوابة العملاء لتنزيل الملفات وإدارة المشتريات.
• 3-3 لا يطّلع المتجر على بيانات البطاقات المصرفية ولا يخزّنها.
• 3-4 قد تتيح بولار للمتجر بيانات الطلب اللازمة لتنفيذه ودعمه، كالاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وتفاصيل المنتج المشترى، ويجري التعامل معها وفق ما ورد في الباب الرابع من «حقوق المستخدم».
• 3-5 تخضع معالجة بولار لبياناتك لسياسة الخصوصية وشروط بولار، ويمكنك الاطلاع عليها في: polar.sh/legal/privacy. ولا يتحكم المتجر في ممارسات بولار.

المادة 4: ما يُحفظ على جهازك

• 4-1 يحفظ الموقع في متصفحك اختيارك للغة والمظهر فقط (عبر التخزين المحلي للمتصفح)، لتبقى كما اخترتها في زياراتك القادمة.
• 4-2 تبقى هذه القيم على جهازك، ولا تُرسل إلى المتجر ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى، ويمكنك حذفها بمسح بيانات الموقع من إعدادات متصفحك.

المادة 5: البيانات التقنية والاستضافة

• 5-1 يُستضاف الموقع لدى مزوّد استضافة (Cloudflare)، وقد يعالج المزوّد بيانات تقنية معتادة عند فتح أي موقع، كعنوان الشبكة (IP) ونوع المتصفح ووقت الطلب، لأغراض تشغيل الموقع وحمايته. ولا يستعملها المتجر في تحديد هويتك أو تتبّعك.
• 5-2 قد تُحمَّل صور المنتجات من خوادم بولار أو من روابط صور خارجية يضيفها المتجر، وعندها قد يرى مزوّد الصورة عنوان الشبكة الخاص بك كما يحدث في أي موقع.
• 5-3 عند انتقالك إلى صفحة خارجية، كصفحة الدفع في بولار، تنطبق سياسة تلك الجهة لا هذه السياسة.

المادة 6: التواصل مع المتجر

• 6-1 إذا راسلت المتجر عبر البريد الإلكتروني فسيصله بريدك الإلكتروني ومحتوى رسالتك.
• 6-2 يُستخدم ذلك للرد عليك ومعالجة طلبك فقط، ويُحفظ المدة اللازمة لذلك وللوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية.
• 6-3 لا يبيع المتجر هذه البيانات، ولا يشاركها لأغراض تسويقية مع جهات أخرى دون موافقتك.

المادة 7: حقوقك

• 7-1 يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك لدى المتجر أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وفق ما ورد في المادة 21 من «حقوق المستخدم».
• 7-2 أما البيانات المحفوظة لدى بولار فتُطلب منها مباشرة، عبر بوابة العملاء أو قنوات الدعم لديها.
• 7-3 يراعي المتجر أحكام نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية فيما ينطبق عليه.

المادة 8: تعديل هذه السياسة

• 8-1 قد يعدّل المتجر هذه السياسة، ويُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها عند ذلك.
• 8-2 إذا أضاف المتجر مستقبلاً أي أداة تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تسجيل دخول، فسيُحدَّث هذا الباب قبل تفعيلها.
• 8-3 في حال وجود ترجمة لهذه السياسة، يُعمل بالنص العربي عند الاختلاف.

Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy explains what concerns your privacy when you visit Blinkbit Store and browse its products.

In short: the Store provides no login and no accounts, and does not ask its visitors for any personal data. Payment, and logging in to download files, along with the data that goes with them, are handled by the Polar platform.

This policy supplements Part Four of “User Rights”, and is to be read together with it and with the Store’s other policies.

Article 1: Definitions

• 1-1 “the Store”: the Blinkbit online store and its owner.
• 1-2 “the Visitor”: anyone who browses the website, whether or not they buy from it.
• 1-3 “Polar” or “the Payment Platform”: the Polar platform that handles payments, invoicing and delivery of files to the Customer.
• 1-4 “Personal Data”: any information that identifies a specific person or could lead to identifying them.

Article 2: What the Store Does Not Collect From Its Visitors

• 2-1 The website provides no login and no account creation for visitors.
• 2-2 The website has no forms for entering a name, email address, phone number or any other personal data, and the Store does not ask you for any of them in order to browse the website.
• 2-3 The website itself does not set cookies, and the Store does not add analytics or tracking tools or advertising tags to its pages, and does not build a profile of visitors.

Article 3: The Role of Polar (the Payment Platform)

• 3-1 Purchases and payment take place outside the website, on Polar’s pages. When you press the buy button, the Visitor is taken to Polar’s checkout page.
• 3-2 Polar, not the Store, asks for what is needed to complete the purchase, such as name, email address, and payment and billing details, and handles logging in to the customer portal to download files and manage purchases.
• 3-3 The Store does not see bank card data and does not store it.
• 3-4 Polar may make available to the Store the Order data needed to carry it out and support it, such as name, email address and details of the Product purchased, and this is handled as set out in Part Four of “User Rights”.
• 3-5 Polar’s processing of your data is subject to Polar’s own privacy policy and terms, which you can read at: polar.sh/legal/privacy. The Store does not control Polar’s practices.

Article 4: What Is Stored on Your Device

• 4-1 The website stores in your browser only your choice of language and theme (through the browser’s local storage), so that they stay as you chose them on your next visits.
• 4-2 These values stay on your device, are not sent to the Store or to any other party, and you can delete them by clearing the site’s data in your browser settings.

Article 5: Technical Data and Hosting

• 5-1 The website is hosted with a hosting provider (Cloudflare), and the provider may process technical data that is normal whenever any website is opened, such as network address (IP), browser type and time of the request, for the purpose of running and protecting the website. The Store does not use it to identify or track you.
• 5-2 Product images may be loaded from Polar’s servers or from external image links added by the Store, in which case the image provider may see your network address, as happens on any website.
• 5-3 When you move to an external page, such as the Polar checkout page, that party’s policy applies and not this policy.

Article 6: Contacting the Store

• 6-1 If you write to the Store by email, the Store will receive your email address and the content of your message.
• 6-2 This is used only to reply to you and handle your request, and is kept for the period needed for that and to meet legal obligations.
• 6-3 The Store does not sell this data, and does not share it for marketing purposes with other parties without your consent.

Article 7: Your Rights

• 7-1 You may ask to see your data held by the Store, or to have it corrected or deleted, as set out in Article 21 of “User Rights”.
• 7-2 Data held by Polar is requested from Polar directly, through the customer portal or its support channels.
• 7-3 The Store takes into account the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where it applies to it.

Article 8: Amendment of This Policy

• 8-1 The Store may amend this policy, and the “Last updated” date above is updated when it does.
• 8-2 If the Store later adds any analytics tool, advertising or login, this Part will be updated before it is activated.
• 8-3 If this policy is translated, the Arabic text prevails in case of any difference.
